Family Tree Magazine Best Websites 2023 Giveaway
Entry Period:  June 1, 2023 to June 14, 2023

Family Tree Magazine will select one (1) winner at the conclusion of the promotion. The winner will be contacted via email with their digital prize package.   

WHO CAN ENTER:  This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years old or older except the employees or immediate family of  Yankee Publishing. 

HOW TO ENTER:  Entrants can submit their information via the Official Submission Form. Entries may not be emailed directly, mailed, or submitted in any other formats to Yankee Publishing, Inc. Only one entry is allowed per person.   

DEADLINES AND ENTRIES:  Entries must be submitted between June 1, 2023 and June 14, 2023  at 11:59 p.m. Yankee Publishing, Inc. reserve the right to contact the entrants.   

COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE:  One (1) year-long Website VIP +Digital membership to Family Tree Magazine, one (1) Beginner's Guide to Genealogy ebook, one (1) Genealogy Websites Guide ebook, three (3) digital Cheat Sheets (Ancestry.com, FamilySearch and MyHeritage), to one (1) individual winners.

RESTRICTIONS:  Open only to legal U.S. residents (including its territories and the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Yankee Publishing, Inc. and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local  laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. No cash value.  This offer is non-transferable.   

WINNER:  At the conclusion of the entry period, a winner will be selected at random from all the  eligible entrants. There will be one winner. The selection will be final and binding in all respects. We will contact winner at email address provided for shipping address. Prize will be emailed to winner no later than June 16, 2023 to email address provided. All prizes except the Website VIP +Digital membership will be delivered via email in a pdf format. Instructions for how to set up the Website VIP +Digital membership will be sent via email.

NOTICE TO WINNER: Attempts to notify potential winner will be made using the email address provided at entry. Sponsor is not responsible for email, telephone or other communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

NO TRANSFERS:  No transfers, substitutions in prizes, or cash will be allowed.   

PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE:  When you register, Yankee Publishing, Inc. will be collecting personally  identifying information about you, including your name and email address. The  information will be added to the  Yankee Publishing, Inc./FamilyTreeMagazine.com database. You will also be signed up to receive email newsletters and promotions from Family Tree Magazine.
